Fear of the unknown, fear of falling, fear of dying, fear of heights, etc. Chances are, you have a fear of something. You might not be willing to admit what that specific fear is, but if you are human, you have a fear of something.
The problem is not having the fear. The problem is your response to the specific fear. Since fear is an emotional response, many people respond emotionally.
Fear is nothing more than False Evidence Appearing Real.
