@bluetoolcrew @searscares: Sears Holdings Corporation is the lone Follow Friday standout for me this week.  More specifically, their Sears brand.  I experienced some difficulty with a new Craftsman chainsaw I purchased from Sears.  After challenges with their team on the phone and in the store, the in-store team replaced the chainsaw without question.  Well done, Sears!  You have a customer for life.
